Stayed at this Premier for one night whilst staying over on business. Up to the normal premier standard, comfortable, clean and quiet. Friendly staff. The food and service next door were excellent. Sue, Bruce and Izzie made me feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble. The locals were friendly and chatty. If in Stockton again - that's where I'll be staying !

Room Tip: No advice.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed over night here to attend an engagement party and was pleasently surpised by the quality of the room. We were expecting something more basic like 'travelodge' but we were greeted with a huge bed and an even bigger TV (which was my boyfriends favourite bit!). The staff were friendly enough and made check in very easy as I had done the online option earlier that day - so it was a simple pick up keys! Though the staff weren't particularly talkative and seemed interested in other things - but didn't bother me one bit!

Beds were super comfy and we enjoyed our stay immensly - would definitley stay here again in future over a travelodge.

Friendly welcome, good size room, comfy bed. Everything you expect from this brand - all at a great price when booked a couple of weeks ahead. Lots of choice at breakfast. My only gripe is that wireless internet is not completely free. These days it feels the same as having to pay for water or electricity.

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit family in the area and have to say that the hotel is a great location for getting around the area by car with easy access to all the main roads.
Room was typical Premier Inn with room for our Family of 4 and very clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
We ate in the Brewers Fayre attached to the hotel, Breakfast was excellent and our evening meal was decent quality and very reasonably priced.

A very good quality hotel in a ideal position for Yarm which was the reason for our social stay. Good quality breakfast on the morning and service was excellent. The site of the hotel is very good and access is very easy from A19 & A1M
