Booked a cocktail making experience at TupTup Palace through Groupon for a group of 8 hen party.
Communication with event organizer Joni was excellent, replies to my e mails very quick. Venue opened just for our group,
Scott & Nadine bar tenders where waiting for us to arrive with Bellini cocktails for us all.. Really nice setting in private area upstairs. Scott explained how the afternoon was going to work out, 4 of us went behind the bar to make the first cocktail (porn star martini) then the next 4 girls got to make 2nd cocktail (Moijito) After which we had sandwiches & Chocolate Brownies (plenty for the 8 of us) then we got to make the final cocktail (kiwi lime type) .
Brilliant few hours spent in Tup Tup with music playing, atmosphere Fabulous.
We had one girl a none drinker & she was able to make Alcohol free cocktails so didn't miss out on the experience.
Great time spent a perfect way to kick start a Hen Party.
Thank You

We came to Newcastle as part of a 21st birthday party from Scotland and planned to come here. The previous night i lost my ID in the taxi and mailed Tup Tup Palace in advance to ask if i could still gain entry if my partner sent me a picture of my passport back home. I was advised that was fine and to ask for Joni on arrival.

When we arrived it was quite and we asked how much a booth was which turned out to be £150 for one bottle. Absolutely not. By the end of the night we ended up in the booth free of charge and no one acknowledged it. If we paid the £150 for one bottle of spirits i would have been very annoyed.

However, overall fab night, fab music, drink fairly expensive.

The bouncers thinks they are super powerfull. They are very unpleasant. They Broke my arm. They treated me in the most dergoratory manner by grabbing my arm and escorting me out, claiming that I was "too drunk" when this was totally not possible as I was not drinking this night.

During a lads night out we had an all right time however there is definitely better places to visit in the area. The entry fee is standard and the bouncers won't give you the time of day even if you're sober. However depending on your music preferences it's nicely varied so you can have a mental time on songs you like and grab a drink during the songs you're not too fond. It's a shame the place gets overcrowded very early on so I would recommend the place as a final destination for the night before heading home.

Bouncer treated me in the most dergoratory manner by grabbing my arm and escorting me out, claiming that I was "too drunk" when this couldn't be further from the truth as I had not drank that night whatsoever. It was apparent that this bouncer was unprofessional and felt that he had to escort me out due to his general disliking of me perhaps. This cannot possibly reap good business and ruins peoples nights in general. To be specific, the bouncer I am referring to was the black bouncer on the 28/11/17.Such vile and appaling, discriminatory behaviour came as a huge shame and I will be reporting this incident.
