Just come back from an over night stay, wonderful place to stay, our room was beautiful with a lovely comfy bed ,our room was on the front but the village is really quiet so no nosie at all,the breakfast was amazing and mark is very attentive, the village has lots of pubs and resturants to eat in ,if you are visting stratford this is an ideal place to stay,we will most certainly return .

More than helpful here. Clean and pleasant room at back away from traffic. Within easy walking to visit my sister (93) . Breakfast lovely, nothing too much trouble. Keys for coming and going. Lovely little garden if one wanted to sit out and a comfy lounge too. Not difficult to walk to "The Bridge" for a meal. I would stay again.

Booked 2 rooms and cottage for a local wedding. Mark was a fantastic host, cooked a lovely breakfast and was very attentive before and during our stay. The cottage had all we needed and expected. Good value for area. The B and B rooms were just what you wanted and nicely decorated.

We stayed overnight at Fosbroke House Cottage on our way home from Kentisbury Grange to Huddersfield in order to visit Stratford - On - Avon.
The owner had very helpfully sent directions as it seems that sat nav directions for Fosbroke House mis-direct to the next village, this we can verify as we followed sat nav until the mis-direction. We also benefited from this when we had a problem requiring RAC Assistance.
The two bedroom cottage retained original features, was spotless with all modern facilities, immaculate decorations, large attractive garden & free car park. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: The two bedroom cottage had facilities for five.
