This is our 3rd or 4th visit to this Premier Inn. Always find Premier Inn good value for money wherever we may be. Rooms comfy and location very central. Staff are always pleasant and attentive. Will be back.

Short break over half term hotel is in a good location close to river an all attractions are within walking distance.rooms are rather small compared to some premier inns I have been to but lovely an clean we had an internal room so no view but on the plus side no noise an we didn't find it a problem.
Staff very friendly an helpful only think I have to complain about really is breakfast was very busy lots of families an children eat free policy was explorted to the max with kitchen staff unable to keep up lots of things ran out an were not replaced while families walk away leaving piles of food on tables .guess this happens in all hotels .
No parking on site we parked in marina as recommended on premier inn site £12 for three days which we thought was reasonable an short walk from hotel note the bays are very narrow if you have a large car .

They are usually decent and it’s in a cracking location! Can not complain! It really is very central, very close to theatres and restaurants and the Avon. Hotel is up to usual premier inn standard, staff are usually very helpful and I found this to be true again.

On arrival at the Premier Inn the outside is quite " grotty "..There is a lift for the disabled but otherwise there are loads of stairs to climb with your suitcases to arrive at a very small reception. The staff are very friendly and polite. Our rooms were on the second floor so more stairs although we found a lift to the rooms later in our stay. The rooms were average size but everywhere was spotlessly clean although basic. The cost of a room is £68 per night and then an English breakfast is £8 99 pp. The cost for a couple per night b&b is £85. 98. I can book a night in a 4* hotel with pool etc on a dbb basis for £99 per night. The hotel is well situated close to the centre of town so does have some positives.
