We spent one night at Dylan, we had a big room, clean, breakfast was very good, and the people there are nice and friendly. The private parking place for the guests is in a lane at the back of the house, and you have to drive to the very end of the lane to find it, but it's easy. The Dylan is litterally 7 min. walk to the city centre.

There are some idiosyncratic elements to this guest house, but it is very clean and there is everything you could need. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the RSC is very close by and there is car parking in the space behind the terrace. Access is a bit on the cramped side, but adequate, and we were allowed to leave the car there the following morning. Roger and Noy do their utmost, and we will certainly stay there again. Remember - cash only, which is a bit odd nowadays.

Extremely small room, parking up a dark muddy lane and worst thing, no advance knowledge that this is a cash only establishment, made me late for meeting having to go in search of cash. This should be very clearly stated at the booking stage.

Room Tip: Make sure you have enough cash with you

A great fine. Lovely house, perfectly clean rooms and friendly hosts close to the town centre. Good value and a great breakfast too. Will stay there whenever in Stratford.

A good position for accessing Stratford's many attractions, but this is one of the poorest bed and breakfasts I've experienced. Although clean, the accommodation needed updating, the shower room in particular being small and cramped and in total need of refurbishment.
Breakfast was barely adequate, with half empty containers of cereal, tinned grapefruit and fruit juice reflecting B and B's in the past, certainly not the many comparably priced ones I've visited recently. An order of scrambled egg should be better than a white (!) mound of sludge presented unadorned in the middle of a white plate. Hosts made little/no effort to interact and allowed a resident toddler dressed only in vest and nappy to wander around freely, including in the breakfast room.
Positive comments must have been under previous management....see dates.
