Stayed for one night while attending a show at the arena. It is as it advertises a good budget hotel with basic amenities. Nice receptionist. Comfortable bed. Good TV. Would really have liked a beer but the hotel is dry. Pity. Would stop again at a push

This is a fairly standard Premier Inn which is conveneintly located in Birmingham. The staff were friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to provide a really good service. I stayed at the weekend (twice) and it was very busy and very noisy at night. There is very limited onsite parking. There is a small restaurant on site, the food was nice but the evening menu was very limited.

On arrival at midday to early to get into room which we knew it would be but there was nowhere to get a cup of tea. Room with no air con but they did give us a fan, we had a drink in the bar which we took to the room and the dirty glasses were not moved by cleaner. Breakfast was usual for premier inn good choice no complaints there. Checked in online to save time the email said but still went through everything on arrival waste of time.

Room tip: Canal view

This is a great hotel for catching up with friends and families although the bar is very expensive for the area and closes early. But the breakfast and the breakfast team made up for it. Perhaps you could come up with a deal with a carpark chain.

This is classic Premier Inn. A little bit hidden away but very close to Brindley Place, the canals, Symphony Hall, theatre, museum, etc. Room was clean and as you expect of Premier Inn. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Pretty quiet despite being so close to everything.
