If you have the time to stop, take a nice walk up to the waterfall. The first fall is a smooth path slightly up hill. To get to the others it’s more of a climb but lovely views. There is a charge for parking and no restriction for dogs but please clean up after them and use the bins in the car park

Lush walk, beautiful waterfalls. Be prepared for usual Welsh lottery weather. Dog friendly though be we did see stray sheep on the track (which our collie loved, naturally).

Nice little walk up the path till the waterfall. Great walk with kids. Mine were still little so one was enough for us as there is another one but you need to go up the hill. Great big parking on the side of it but you do need to pay for it.

This is a special place for us, so we stop of here every time we are in the area. It is best in winter as there are barely any people.

Was a great walk, though a bit intense at times going through steep paths covered in wet leaves so quite slippery. Not many people about in November here, tea rooms were closed. Nice scenery and not too far from machynlleth.
