Stayed at this cottage for 4 nights on our trip to Beddgelert. Cottage is very well stocked with all you need to self cater and a BBQ which we made good use of. Straight out onto walks, pubs and shops very close by. Stayed as a party of 4 with 2 dogs. Weather was very kind to us. Would have been nice to have a little grass in the garden for the dogs but this said they made do and we had a fabulous time. Would book again and we will definitely return again. We stayed previously in a B&B just on the bridge as a couple with 1 dog but made sense to hire a cottage with there being 4 of us. Would highly recommend if you want to self cater.
Lovely little cottage right in the centre of Beddgelert, within walking distance to pubs, cafes & the local shops. The cottage is so close to beautiful walks ideal if you want to go & explore or simply just want a light stroll.
We loved the cottage, we had great weather so managed to enjoy the patio, as did our puppy!!
The upstairs toilet seat could maybe do with a replacement as seemed wobbly & maybe upgrade the mattress in the master bedroom- neither of which would make us not want to stay again! We loved it! Highly recommended.
Just returned from a weeks stay in this cozy, comfortable cottage. Arrived on a rainy, windy day to lovely warm cottage. It was very clean with everything you would need. The beds and sitting areas where very comfortable. The terrace garden has beautiful views of the mountains. Perfect village for dog owners, walks straight from the door.
Sian the owner is very helpful and we would definitely come again.
Loved it this time as much as the previous three weeks we have rented this property.
The log burner did some real work this time. Very cold outside but lovely and cosy inside.
Snowdon is a sight to behold if you get a nice snowy day with clear blue skies.
We are returning again in the middle of March 2018 and cant wait.
The pooch also loves the free treats in the Saracens Head, the hooman food is also very good.
Very nice, clean cottage. Nice cottagey feel in main room, but modern kitchen. Very handy washing room. Sian was very helpful.
Beddgelert is a lovely picture postcard village. One hint - although there is a good selection of places to eat some do serve food in quite narrow windows - one pub between 7:00 and 8:30 for example - and they were quite busy in July, so reserve if you can to be sure.
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, cosy, clean & very well appointed cottage. Comfortable beds & warm duvets (bring your own covers). Very well equipped kitchen - everything has been thought of, plenty of books, DVD's, games and even some kids toys to keep everyone occupied during inclement weather! We were lucky to have 4 days of perfect weather! Great outdoor patios with ample seating and a weber barbeque (nice surprise!), with fantastic mountain views. Wifi access simple and fast (a bonus!), mobile access only for EE and 3 (also a bonus for me on Vodafone :D ) but phone box right across the road if you need it. Perfect location for plenty of walks for all abilities and a minutes walk into the centre of the delightful village of Beddgelert. We had a fantastic week and will definitely be booking again soon!
