Been staying in these apartments once a year for the last 4 years. Very nicely furnished apartments in a gated community. Very well equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine etc. Aircon/heating also included. Very close to Cardiff bay and about a 5min drive to St.Davids shopping centre. Community pool use (indoors) and gym included in price. Parking also avaliable. Will be back for the new year and will continue staying there as they are always lovely apartments and make for a great base.

I would recommend these apartments highly. We were a family of three and each person got their own room! The beds were comfortable and the apartment was so modern and clean inside. It was quiet at night. But again keep in mind that next door you have regular tennants so the noise really depends on them. We had a lot of trouble working the TV but there is staff on the premises to help. The office right outside the gate is where you go for general questions and you will also have like an agent who handels things like that. After you book, you can get in contact with an agent who will give you their number. You had a spot for parking for 7 pounds but worth it cause there is no parking. None. It is gated so that made us feel safe. It is literally 7 minutes from Cardiff Bay. It is 20-25 minutes walking to Cardiff Castle. The only thing is that it is in a very industrial part of town and you will have to pass that to get to the city center. Not the safest but again there is no parking anywhere. So try to see the city center in the daytime and spend most of your time at Cardiff Bay.

I stayed her with my boyfriend for 3 nights in August and we immensely enjoyed our stay. We arrived at 2pm and after notifying the staff as we were asked to we were picked up and taken to our apartment. We were staying in the Nice apartments (all of them are named after different cities around the world). The apartment was on a large complex with many others that are both rented permanently and for short stays.

We had a 1 bedroomed apartment which was large and spacious with an open plan living room and kitchen. Everywhere was very clean but still had a very cosy vibe. There was a small balcony however we didn't have a view of the river as it appears on photos. However this didn't affect our stay and I wasn't really bothered. We were given a discount card for some restaurants in Cardiff bay and had a book full of information that would have been very useful.

On the morning of our stay we realised that there wasn't a frying pan and required one. We rang the apartments and were told we would have one soon. It was delivered several hours later. The apartments were very quiet and we did not notice any noise.

We really enjoyed our stay and work definitely recommend the apartments for having that 'home away from home' stay you may want.

Enquired about booking 3 x 2 bed apartments for a family celebration and I was told that they don't accept group bookings. What? Why have the option on the website of booking multiple apartments? Could understand for young same sex groups, but blanket ban seems illogical.

More expensive than a hotel and unable to book! Joke!

A weekend in Cardiff in a studio apartment. It was a mixture of privately owned apartments and those rented out. Mostly pleased with everything though the handle on the toaster was missing, the on/off flap on the kettle was loose, only one wine glass, no glass jug to use in the microwave, stains on the carpet - these might be seen as minor problems but they need to be addressed. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay and would choose an apartment again.
