This property is a bit like a Tardis. The small entranceway revealed a long hallway and stairs up to the main living area. There is one room down at ground level and the rest are upstairs. We were a group of 8, which was perfect. One twin bedroom on the first floor and two more on the top floor. Two more could sleep in the living area but we are all grown ups and it was nicer to keep the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area for hanging out in. It's it a great area with an easy walk into town and the Bute Park. Also there are lots of places to eat and drink nearby. (La Lupa and the Conway were great)
There is a small back yard area which would have been nice to sit and eat in if the weather was up to it, but it is accessed by the downstairs bedroom.
Only negatives: sound really carries throughout so know your friends well, or you will! On street parking can be problem if you arrive at a busy time because there is more Permit parking than free street parking so we ended up a couple of streets away as we arrived in a weekday afternoon.

Stayed here for my sister in laws hen do and it was beyond expectations. Rooms are much larger than they look online which was our initial reservation. Don't be put off. The living space is very large with ample kitchen area for 10 people to have a few Basic meals.
The house has fantastic decor and is quirky, comfortable and unique.
Downsides are parking (but you are near a city centre so not a lot can be done about this) and no dishwasher but again not a big issue and shouldn't put people off a great property.
