Being in the area of Cardiff I was entertaining the thought of revisiting the Doctor Who Experience. After arriving at the port I noticed the building seemed to be enveloped in a stasis field. When I asked about it I was told the Experience had closed. Rumor has it that it may reopen in London and that in its place there at the port a new hotel was being considered for the land. If true, what a shame as the building from a distance gives the impression of a whale waiting for high tide.

Been a big fan for a very long time. Was dying to get to see the place however never had the chance. My partner brought me here as it was about to close. Very good however, merch was limited and could have done a lot more due to it closing. The tour and tour guide was excellent. Disappointed it is gone. Good day out overall. Upset I couldn’t by the ticket and merch package.

For all Dr Who fans I would always recommend. With recreations of the most popular episodes it’s great for all the family! Went through a weeping angel scene and was terrified will Webber be able to feel safe around angel statues again! A wonderful experience would highly recommend

This was amazing... the initial interactive guided tour was awesome. Then to get to see all the monsters props and costumes was absolutely amazing... looking vack through the decades of Dr Who was incredible... Such a shame it had to close

It is hugely disappointing that the area that has, for many years become the home of Dr Who has had the expedition taken from it.
No public explanation has been forthcoming

It was not cheap to visit, but fans would re travel from afar. Nearby parking could often be a problem, as the closest parking didn’t accommodate many cars. A better location in Cardiff should have been sought, to my mind by Techniquest, Red Dragon Centre or by the Ice Skating arena

An excellent portrayal of the Series characters, different Darleks, Cyber Men a very good exhibition.
