We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your visit. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your patience as we address your concerns.
Firstly, regarding the check-in process, I understand your frustration with the delay and the lack of communication from our team. Please rest assured that we take such matters seriously, and we will be reviewing our procedures to ensure that future guests do not experience similar delays.
We have also noted your disappointment with the missing towels in two of your rooms. While we do our best to ensure that all amenities are promptly restocked, it appears that we fell short in this instance. Our duty manager is available to assist with any issues that arise during your stay, and I apologize if their assistance was not readily available to you.
Regarding the charges for the complimentary breakfasts, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. The offer was intended for the two rooms that experienced issues, and we apologize for any confusion that may have arisen regarding the complimentary breakfast for the third room.
