We visited following the re-branding of this eatery after it failed a recent hygiene inspection. Cannot comment on the state of the kitchen and food prep area. However, our table was clean.
The food was pretty average for a restaurant that was clearly aiming to provide cheap eats.
The waiter was polite enough, welcoming etc. However, when we questioned him about some of the ingredients in the chutney tray he did not have a clue and just dug himself into a deep hole. When he brought our main courses he mixed them up and really could not tell the difference between a tikka marsala and a madras !!! We recently ate in another South East Asian restaurant where the waitress was very knowledgeable about the ingredients, the way the food was prepared and how it tasted. We left her a decent tip. We did not leave a tip for the waiter in this place. We'll not bother to go here again.
