Stayed at the Premier Inn Swansea City Centre. Usual standard of cleanliness and rooms. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Restaurant food was nice but it wasn't anything to get excited about and provided meals as a convenience, although Frankie & Bennys & TGI Fridays are right outside the front door of the hotel.

Wind Street, which is where the hotel is situated, is also where all the main nightlife is for Swansea City. Therefore it is ideal if that's what you are visiting for. Otherwise bring earplugs as it was noisy during my midweek stay, so weekends could be even busier.

Usual parking rates of £10.50 per night (24hrs) in NCP Car Park right next door, although it is not easily signposted as being for the hotel guests.

There is a 5 min walk to the City Centre and main shopping areas. With many more restaurants and coffee shops available on route.

Room Tip: Rooms on the top floor (3rd Floor) are better for noise reduction

Stayed at the Premier Inn Swansea Waterfront and it was as expected. Good service, lovely and clean, asked for a quiet room and thats just what we got. Parking a bit expensive although lower than if we had sourced it ourselves. Didnt eat there so cant comment. Would recommend and would stay again.

Room Tip: Just ask for a quiet room they do listen.

I stayed for 2 night's unfortunatley the first night was a disaster, it was student's night and couldn't get to sleep for nightclub noise.
Staff did offer to change room but at 3 in the morning couldn't be bothered. did get a refund for that night and had a good night sleep the following night.
Staff really friendly and helpful. would definatley stay there again.. but not on a WEDNESDAY unless in a front room.

Room Tip: ask for front room allocation if staying on a Wednesday night.

I would definetly recommend and stay at this hotel again. Excellent, helpfull staff, very clean, spacious room and a lovely non-greasy breakfast! We had a room at the back of the hotel but couldnt hear anything from the nightclub next door, or the scantily clad girls and boys who had gathered outside..

The only thing I would moan about is the lack of food available after 10pm.. and only two tea bags in the room!!

We stayed for a weekend whilst visiting family. The staff were fantastic. There was some confusion over our booking but it was sorted quickly and efficiently. The two waiters/bar staff were so friendly and efficient. We had no noise from the street and even had recommendations that if we stay again to ask for the quieter part of the hotel as weekends can get busy. The room was great. Most Premier Inn rooms are good. Will definately staff here again as it's convenient to Swansea town centre and also the family.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Hotel and room very clean and breakfast plentiful.

Room Tip: We were on the 3rd floor facing the street, quiet and lovely views towards the hills.

Very good location and five minute downhill walk from the railway station. Quite scripted welcome in reception which was spoken too fast. Excellent Premier Inn rooms and very friendly staff at evening meal and breakfast.

Great location for families with three family restaurants within 20metres of hotel.
