An excellent stay my husband was recovering from a broken leg and everything was done to make his stay as comfortable as possible a room with a special bathroom which helped greatly. Help during breakfast to carry his food to the table. Taxis arrived on time. It made for a very relaxing couple of days.

Stayed for one night and had a lovely relaxing time. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The tea, coffee bottled water in the room were great. The breakfast was very good and there was a good gluten free selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At £18 a night the parking is very expensive but the hotel is close to everything so you don’t really need taxis once you are there.

Stayed here late last year. Found the entire hotel to be extremely cold. Granted it was a particularly cold week but bar our bedroom it was chilly everywhere inside the hotel.
Staff on reception were not very friendly on arrival or departure. Did the bare minimum without being rude. Staff in the piano bar were friendly enough but quite a few of them seemed to be lacking in basic training. We ate there a few times and were brought the wrong thing once, over charged another time and waited 30 minutes for a cold meat platter another time. A few times staff dropped drinks and left spillages on the floor unattended while they went off to find something to clean them up with. Once it was on the stairs which seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. A waitress dropped and smashed a glass by someone's foot as they were waiting to pay and she didn't even acknowledge the customer when it happened, she just walked off to get a brush leaving the customer standing in broken glass. Individually these are tiny things but in my short stay I saw quite a few things that would make you wonder how a hotel with such a reputation have undertrained staff working for them.

Staff are superb, very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, the piano bar is fantastic, and of course you can't beat the location for the famous Belfast bars like the crown.
And we met 'Jim McDonald'. So we did.
Great visit, will definitely be back.

Stayed here at the weekend and I have to say it was absolutely lovely. The room was quiet and the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was massive. The staff are all so pleasant and polite nothing is too much trouble from the minute we checked in we were made to feel very welcome.

Had dinner on the Saturday night in the restaurant and it was lovely. Had chicken and beef meal and the chicken was so juicy and succulent it was yummy big thanks to Adrian and the chefs.

Ian and the staff in the bar are so friendly and ready to help with any questions you have either about the hotel or going out.

Really liked the fact that the hotel has a large emphasis on local produce. From the wheaten bread to the traceability of the meat and of course the Bushmills Whiskey for your porridge in the morning!!

All in all fantastic hotel and will definitely be back soon.

Room Tip: had a side room and it was lovely and quiet

We had a one night stay in Europa last Saturday. Very pleasant check in and we were given Room 639 at the side of the Hotel and very private and quiet. Breakfast was very busy on the Sunday morning but we had no queue and had a lovely breakfast. All in all an excellent stay which we hope to do again.

Lovely hotel pity the Lobby Bar is so cold they need a outside door that closes by it self to stop the draft. Piano bar much more comfortable afternoon highly recommended Food very good and reasonable priced in restaurant

Room Tip: Make sure you have a warm jacket if sitting in the lobby bar
