Very good breakfast. Car parking directly at the hotel. Quiet location and good restaurants nearby e.g. Villa Scalini, Kathmandu. Several pub's and inner city is in walking distance. Will come back soon for the next trip to Belfast.

Loved staying at this hotel with great breakfast and great rooms. However, the one negative is that there is a very small parking lot in the rear and by the time we checked in about 8:30 pm, there were no more spots and the street parking was all filled up too. We drove around for a little bit until we found a spot a couple of blocks away. Other than that, everything else was great. Staff was so nice too. We got the Titanic package deal which made it a bargain. Oh, loved the card and box of chocolates.

Third time we have stayed in the hotel and we know exactly what to expect - total comfort, excellent service and at an affordable price.

The area is ideal for visiting Belfast - it's populated by students and many of the surrounding flats are run down, but that shouldn't put you off. Botanic Avenue is one of the city's most vibrant areas and it is handily located to Queen's University, the city centre and to an excellent range of restaurants, bars and cafes.

Service, wifi and breakfast all superb.

The only issue we have had in any stay was the radiator was broken in our room and the heat was far too high, with no alternative - we could not open our windows properly due to an alarm going off in the flat beside us.

I booked this hotel because of the great reviews and I'm so glad I did. This is a lovely hotel with the most helpful and friendly staff that I have ever experienced. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. It kept us going all day long. Even the coffee was to my taste. We enjoyed the neighbourhood as well.

The front desk also booked us a Paddy Campbell's Famous Black Cab Tour for the afternoon of our arrival and we really enjoyed that as well. Excellent value and really informative.

Our only regret is that we didn't plan to stay longer.

Tara Lodge is a wonderful place to stay while in Belfast. Very nice rooms and an excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Queens University and a short walk to many other places. We would stay there again.
