As part of a hen do we had a package which included dinner & cocktail class and entrance to the nightclub down stairs.
Rooms were nicely presented clean and spacious. (Did have difficulty with key, which is my only negative)
3 course dinner and all the food was lovely and serving staff very nice. Then cocktail class with 2 barmen who were both great, very friendly (and patient) :) The Bar had a great atmosphere, live band playing then the nightclub was a great spot to dance the night away. We didnt have to leave the hotel!!
Breakfast next morning again very good and served with a smile.
This is one hotel which i will return to either with the girls or as a couple.

We are frequent visitors to Madison's and cannot praise the staff enough. From check-in until check out nothing is a problem. One of our group is vegetarian and did not like the choice offered on the menu, this wasnt a problem and the chef came up with two alternatives to choose from.
The night time manager Danny was also helpful with providing extra pillows for another out of our party.
Thanks again..we will be back.

i booked online with laterooms .com and received my confirmation e-mail and
booking reference number...i then find out the hotel had forgot to tell
laterooms.com that they were fully booked... hotels response.... they did`t
make a charge against me so they are not responsible....in their view ....even
though they made the mistake.... i loose out....i stayed in this hotel five
weeks ago and i know that they dont take payment for the room until
check-out......... so it seems no booking is ever secure... it just depends on
whether they need you to fill up their rooms... the hotel will claim to have contacted us to let us know we were over booked , this is not true.....my wife phoned the hotel to see if we could get rooms away from the back because of the noise we experienced on our last visit... it was then they realized we had been over booked , we were advised to cancel and look elsewhere...we refused ....they have offered us alternative hotels but they are more expensive and they wanted us to pay the difference....which seems to me to be very similar to cancel and go elsewhere... i have been in contact with laterooms and they assure me that my booking is still live and valid ,i e-mailed this information to madisons............no response....any one who thinks this is a fake review can contact me and i can forward the booking confirmation and the hotels response to the situation......thank you...you have been warned.

Upon our arrival we were told that our room was not ready, however we were upgraded and had a lovely lunch and cocktails in the hotel restaurant. Our room was very spacious with gorgeous decor and a large en suite. From room to en suite it was spotless. We defiantly got great value for our money. What really made the hotel on our top list was it's friendly and helpful reception and staff who helped created a really relaxing atmosphere. It's central location was perfect for our visit. I would recommend Madison's hotel to everyone! We had a great stay! :)
