Lots of quaint shops, pubs and restaurants to make your visit a great experience. Went here looking for lunch when we were on a tour and were on our own for lunch. Friendly people.

A fun and lively street that can get quite rowdy since there is one pub after another. Most interesting spot to watch the locals and tourists interact. A real blast

If you're looking for some old fashioned Irish pubs then this is the street for you. Easily walked to from the Richmond Shopping Centre and Quayside Shopping Centre as well as the Guildhall it is centrally located and is surely a favourite location within the city for tourists. Check it out.

Lots of shops and lots of people watching. This wide open street gives you plenty of space to walk around and listen to street performers. Time to get your shopping on

Pub (P O'Donnel's) was outstanding fun and great music. No food. Area was a bit unsettling after dark.

Hit a number of Pubs on Waterloo Street, all with very different entertainment. From traditional Irish to popular music. All provided a great atmosphere and a fun night out - didnt think the bars would very close down for the night!

They've now turned it it more or less into a Pedestrian precinct.
Bollards stop any car travel up or down it
