There is a reason the Rose Park House B&B has such amazing reviews-not only are the rooms spotless, the breakfasts hot and delicious (and made to order), the front garden full of beautiful blooming flowers, the beds the coziest in Ireland, and the location ideal, it is Thomas and Joe, who welcomed my family with open arms that made this stay unforgettable. I cannot think of Derry, without thinking of the absolute kindness of Thomas. He was eager to greet us, and sincerely welcome us, and he went above and beyond to make our stay as delightful as possible. Thomas takes the time to give an Irish history lesson, help program the Garmin, and write maps for the lost travelers. He is amazing. The B&B itself is rich with history, and was so comfortable-hot showers and soft pillows. This was a stay we will always hold close to our hearts. We tried to tip Joe for offering a ride, and all he would except was friendship. This is my favorite B&B. Thank you again, Thomas and Joe, for all that you did to make my family feel so welcomed.
