Arriving in Hawick on Saturday afternoon without a dinner reservation left us unable to eat at either of the two restaurants that had been recommended by our B&B host. As we walked along the High Street we passed this place and thought Chinese would be a nice alternative. We were not disappointed. The hot and sour soup was warming and chock full of bits of roast pork and prawns. The honey glazed ribs were perfectly cooked...the meat just fell off the bones. We had the chef's special Chinese dumplings ... a generous portion and they were delicious, as was the sizzling giant prawns in garlic and green onion. A pint of crisp cider was the perfect accompaniment. In short, we were very pleased with our visit and happily recommend this restaurant.
