8 of us (all family) stayed here for a weekend. Although the property is primarily advertised as a B+B the owners do let out the whole house for larger groups.
You instantly know that you are in someone's "home" rather than a holiday property - lots of personal items about and it did feel a bit uncomfortable at first.
All the rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished and all bedrooms bar one had an en-suite.
The kitchen was a bit of a guddle and it took a while to find things.
The WiFi was very unreliable and slow and it kept putting devices into "safe mode" meaning they couldn't be used properly. There was no mobile phone signal unless you stood in 1 particular spot outside and there was no landline phone in the house. So probably not a good place to stay if you need to keep in touch with people (for work etc) The location is very rural and you would need a car - a good 10 minutes drive into Hawick. We were a bit disappointed that we had to vacate the property by 10am - this seemed a bit early.
