We have always been happy to stay in a Premier Inn. We were disappointed with this hotel. Where do you in 2024 have to pay extra for decent internet? A double room but one chair, a tiny television and whilst the room was clean the hotel looks like it needs updated. We ate in the Beefeater. Here too the carpet and the paintwork is poor. They were short staffed. The food was fine. The Premier Inn prices are not as cheap as they used to be. This hotel does not offer the upgraded rooms of other Premier Inns but surely this hotel and the restaurant should be of a certain standard. The hard working staff were all lovely and I hope the Premier Inn appreciate them.

The staff were friendley and helpful the accommodation was good the bed was comfortable. If you ask for your room to be cleaned they do it very professionally. It was nice that the WiFi was free , and there was also tea coffee and milk available. The food at the beefeater which is attached to the Premier Inn was fantastic and value for its money.

Excellent location ,comfy clean room, warm welcome from friendly staff on arrival. Had breakfast both days plenty choice of food . With great staff.
