We had a night at the Glasgow Marriott courtesy of Skywards and spening a Sunday night there. We had an inauspicious start to our visit when trying to park the car we nearly damaged the car's suspension due to a major hole in the parking area. The decor of the hotel seemed a bit tired and the lighting was dull. We had a room on the 9th floor which gave us an outlook over the M8, it was clean but as is often the case it was difficult to regulate the heating to give us a comfortable room temperature. The location of the hotel is good as we were able to walk into the centre of Glasgow for a drink and something to eat. We used the gym in the morning and it wasn't too busy. All in all it was fine but then we were staying there for free (except for £8 parking fee), not sure I would want to pay the going rate for it.
