The rooms are clean and in good state of decor. The staff always friendly and helpful.
I walked into the city every evening for a week and by keeping to well lit areas...following the river and over the bridge next to Islam Centre always felt safe. Its 20 mins from cinema.

The location was so-so, with no friendly pubs or convenience stores within 1/2 mile walk and most sites, shopping and restaurants were a mile away so we got a lot of exercise. No tub (even though we saw TV commercials for Premier Inns with a guest sinking into her relaxing tub). The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent all 3 days we were there.

The staff were great very friendly and helpfull. reception allways manned. Quite expensive for breakfast no smaller option available ie: Just toast and coffee. The hotel was reasnably clean, room housekeeping was not qiite up to standard it should have been one coffee cup washed one not, shower gel dispenser empty on arrival stayed that way the whole stay(we had our own) bed made properly somtimes and somtimes not.
This Hotel is situated on a main road and has to be one of the noisiest hotels I have ever stayed at no double galzing as far I could see you might as well have slept in the carpark.

Room Tip: maybe ask to put in a room farthest away fron the road.

very reasonable hotel only just across the river from Glasgow Green & city centre. Friendly & efficient staff & usual spotless facilities made it a great budget stopover for a night out in the city. Have stayed in several other Glasgow premier inns & this was the cheapest & nicest to date - far better than Ibis too

This was the first time we had used Premier Inns and we were pleasantly surprised to find just how well everything meets with the Premier Inn publicity claims. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a great bathroom. The hotel is very well situated for a short walk into the city centre, no need for bussing unless the weather is bad. We were met with friendliness and courtesy at all times by the staff. We took up the offer of the £22 meal deal for which we got a good evening meal (although lacking fresh vegetables) and an "eat as much as you like breakfast", we ate modestly. No road noise at the back of the hotel, but a group of youths (students?) decided it was party time on the green space to the rear and windows were slammed shut all round. But no fear they cleared off at 9.30, voluntarily or otherwise.
Glasgow is so amazing to visit with its architecture and venues of interest, we could have stayed a week, 2 days was not enough. The hotel is right by the river and is well situated for future development when it comes along, Glasgow gave the impression of being "on the move" and vibrant. I would recommend the Open Top Tour bus which for £11 (£9 concessions) and 48 hour use, gave you running commentary by a witty Scot and the opportunity to hop on and off at the any of the attractions the city has to offer, eg transport museum, science centre, Kelvingrove gallery and many more.
We look forward to another visit and perhaps taking advantage of the £29 nights that occasionally come up.

Room Tip: The rooms at the back are quiet but there was very little intrusive noise anywhere except for the lo...

Stayed here for one night as it was handy for a concert at the O2. Friendly staff, clean room, very comfy bed. I hadn' t stayed in a Premier Inn before but based on this experience would definitely do so again. Breakfast is buffet style but quality was reasonable and the £22 dinner and breakfast deal was good value. There is co-op very close by if you forget anything and it has a bank machine
