Had a lovely break. Accommodation is in a great location, convenient for lots of Glasgow's attractions and restaurants. The flat is gorgeous and although I'm disabled it suited me perfectly. Appreciated the owner's personal welcome.
I'm so glad I discovered this place. Was our first time in Glasgow and Christine and Murdo were the perfect hosts welcoming us to the property and recommending sights and restaurants. The apartment itself is actually even better than the photos suggest and much bigger too!
All facilities were as described and we were extremely comfortable during our week.
The nearby train and subway means you can really explore the area and we have already thought about when we might return. Absolutely one of the nicest places I've had the pleasure of holidaying in!

We travelled with our son and were met by Christine, the owner, who showed us around the apartment and gave us directions to supermarkets etc. The apartment is lovely and felt just like home. Nice kitchen area with all mod cons, the essential wifi and television and a river view, what more could one want! It felt like a boutique hotel with all the nice touches, the toiletries etc. in the bathrooms and fluffy towels. We felt well looked after as nothing had been forgotten.
We had a great time in Glasgow and the West End is my favourite
with Byres Road, and eating in Ashton Lane very memorable. So much to see and do.
Will definitely stay here again if we come to Glasgow and sincerely recommend it to future guests. Thanks so much, Christine and Murdo we had such a lovely time in your apartment.

After searching around for what seemed like an eternity we found this apartment and booked based on the lovely pictures and location (close to tall ship) but i have to say how impressed we were and that the pictures really dont do it justice. The apartment is part of the Glasgow Harbour Development right on the river Clyde (lovely nightime walks by the river) towards the west End of the city and is only a 5 mins walk to Partick Subway/Railway Station for access to the rest of what the city has to offer but the West End was much more up our street with lovely restaurants (some award winning like No.16) , bars and every shop you would need for nice city break. The apartment itself is really spacious inside with two large double bedrooms (one ensuite) and the open plan kitchen living area was ideal for our needs, all mod cons like Apple TV (we streamed from our iPads to the TV), WiFi and DVD are included and it was even sunny enough for us to sit out in the sun on the lovely balcony and watch the boats go by on the river. Although well stocked we didnt really use the kitchen much (we much prefer eating out) but the large fridge was great for keeping the beer cool. There are plenty of places nearby for kids to enjoy a day out. Overall we would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a nice city break and we will definitely be booking again soon. Best places to eat - No.16, Ubiquitous Chip, Best Bars - Jinty's & The Chip (again). Martin, Rebecca and Luca.
