Visited here with a group of friends for a leaving do. Warm welcome, spacious seating and AMAZING food! We had a great time, especially when we tried the bugs, grubs and worms platter for only £5!We made the most of our experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to go here! Definitely worth a visit!

First visit to Khublai Khan, 2 adults and 2 children. On a Saturday evening they only offer the full feast menu which is £22 per person, kids meals are nice and reasonably priced at £5.95. We really enjoyed selecting our own ingredients and the recipe guides were very useful to follow, giving you a step by step as to what and how much of each ingredient to use. Lots of variety of food and interesting meats, crocodile, zebra, etc. The chicken, beef and buffalo is halal.

It's a nice atmosphere and decorated well. My 6 year old however didn't like her meal (fish finger bites, she's fussy!) so I asked the manager if it would be possible to replace her meal. He seemed completely taken aback by this and replied very abruptly, "You'll have to pay for it!". I told him that's ok, we'll just keep trying to get her to eat it. In the end she didn't and we bought it home as a take away. Although I appreciate that they didn't want to replace the meal free of charge (although some places do), the manner with which he spoke to us put a dampner on our evening.....which is why I'm not giving it 5*.

All in all a fun place to go on a special occasion.

I've never been to a restaurant that offers such a diverse menu, there definitely is something for everybody to enjoy. I have never ate so many unusual meats in one meal!!

The menu and the way you create your meal can be slightly confusing if it is your first time however there is always staff on hand to show you what to do.

If you're stuck for somewhere new to eat, then Khublai Khans would 100% be at the top of my recommendation list!

Birthday weekend in Glasgow with family. Spied this restaurant in the afternoon and decided to go there for dinner. So glad we did! Had not realised that this was a Mongolian restaurant and was delighted and surprised at the breadth of the menu. We had the buffet which is a starter and desert with a buffet main. You choose the ingredients at the buffet and the chef cooks it up for you there and then. Fabulous. The range of seafood and different meats was truly inspiring.
We are definitely going to go back next time we are in Glasgow. The staff were really friendly and helpful. All in all, a brilliant night
