From the start of our two day stay, this hotel and staff made our stay so easy and relaxed. We arrived early and phone them to check we could store our bags there. Not a problem. The lady was very friendly and extremely helpful from start to finish. All the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was either full English or continental and was delicious. A really good start to the day. We had an evening meal also and not one complaint to be had. We had a few heavy bags and they were more than happy to store them before we have to leave for our flight. The hotel is right next to the river and also has a car park (which we didn’t need to use) it’s also extremely central which is very handy. It’s quiet and has air con which was absolutely blissful as it was hot when we were there. The rooms were very clean, bed was also very comfortable. All in all when next in Inverness we will defiantly be going back. Thank you for making our stay so relaxed.

This is not a luxury hotel -- it is simple hotel in the center of town. However, it was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and it is in a lovely location right on the river. We had a great view and were able to walk to town and along the beautiful river. Definitely recommend.

Room tip: Get a river view room

Late emergency booking due to travel disruption was lucky to get the last room, the hotel was fully booked. The staff were very helpful as they had to remake the double room into a twin room and fix a broken window handle. We had a late dinner in the restaurant as it was very busy. I always book Premier Inn if I can, our room was on the fourth floor comfy, clean and a good night's sleep. Plenty of choice at breakfast too. I would stay here again.

This hotel is modern and clean, with friendly and efficient staff. The (additional cost) breakfast buffet is varied and good value.

Parking is limited and costs £10/entry, good for 24 h. The spaces are tiny and can be difficult to get into.

The room was clean, with adequate facilities. However, no phone, no facial tissues, no toiletries save for an "all purpose" shower gel/shampoo dispenser. The weather was very warm when we stayed there, and the key card required to operate the lights also shuts down the climate control when removed. The temperature then has to be re-set upon return to the room. Window opens only slightly, I guess for safety reasons. Sea gulls on neighbouring flat roofs are *very* noisy from early to late in the day.

The location is very good for walking to Inverness town attractions, but overall seemed a bit expensive for the facilities provided. It felt like a budget hotel but billed above grade.

Once you've been to a Premier inn you know what you get. Great nights sleep and a breakfast ready when you go down. Staff are helpful and continental so dome languages can be offered. All in all a nice hotel.
