Great little hotel tucked away in the Trossachs and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Arrived as part of a coach party with Lochs and Glens and although it was very cold outside the hotel was warm and welcoming as was our room. Although not large, our room was perfectly adequate and clean as was our bathroom. Coffee and Tea replenished every day and room nice and snug with a comfy bed. Very good choice of food at breakfast and in the evening (including vegetarian), nicely presented, tasty and plenty of it. Great little bar with good prices, dance floor and nightly entertainment. We could not fault the staff who were polite and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Loved the highland cattle in the field and the beautiful view of the loch. Great hotel for those who want a walking holiday.
On down side was that WiFi was a bit hit and miss due to the hotels location.

Room Tip: Get a room with a view of the loch.

Stayed for seven days as part of a coach group.Good breakfasts and dinners along with cheerful servers. Entertainment every night and a good bar with a reasonable selection.
We were lucky and had a room that overlooks Loch Achray and the mountains. The rear of the hotel has views of woodland and mountains.
Beware of creaky floorboards. We could hear the guests above us moving about at all times.

Room Tip: Loch views, top floor to avoid creaky floorboard noises above.

Stayed @ Loch Achray Hotel on a 5 day Lochs & Glens Spring break.
Excellent location with views of Loch Achray.
We had a twin room with loch view. Very comfortable beds,Small but perfectly adequate bathroom kept spotlessly clean.
TV. Hairdryer, tea, coffee, milk & sugar replenished daily.
Hotel staff very polite, friendly & efficient, they go out of their way to help.
Entertainment nightly. Quiz, Bingo & assortment of artistes.
Good menu selection @ breakfast & dinner. Good quality food.
Dave the restaurant supervisor & his staff are very efficient. Meal times change daily so all coaches have equal early or later meal times.
Bar as a good selection of wines, spirits & usual lager & cream flow beers.
( also Loch Fyne bottled beers. ) reasonable prices.
Daily trips out were very well organised & interesting places.
Ours included a cruise on Loch Lomond & a visit to Lomond Sealife Centre.
Edinburgh. Crieff. and Glenturret Distillery home of " The Famous Grouse "
Our coach driver Jude was exceptional. Very informative, helpful & an excellent driver.
We arrived after " The Beast from the East" weather. But all major road were clear, just a few minor roads still blocked. the snow covered scenery was spectacular.
Wi-Fi available in the reception area only.
No papers delivered to this hotel, but our coach driver ( Jude ) on our trips out would stop @ local newsagents.
Very well organised coach holiday.
We are so impressed with these breaks we have booked 2 more.
Autumn this year ( Loch Tummel ) & Spring 2019.( Ardgartan )
Would recommend Lochs & Glens holidays to everyone.

Room Tip: Request a Loch view room

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very good & soon served all our coach every meal time. There was a good selection but didn't like a lump of margarine for breakfast,no butter in sight. Our room was good. We went out every day, the trips were good. Dave our driver was excellent, very knowledgeable & helpful.

Room Tip: Creaky floors so top floor best
