I took my fiancée , to the Champany Inn for a romantic evening away, we are only a stones throw away from the area, although we never knew this diamond existed. All in all the service on delivering drinks to the warmer lounge and the exquisite meals we had steak. Were still in awww days later on the amazing service in house & out, The girls in the restaurant were 2nd to none & couldn’t have been more attentive, I actually could go on, extending to the after meal bar service, to end this journey of exquisiteness, the room was amazing, the food is delicious & near on unbelievable, I’ve no affiliation & describing our experience 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻❤️❤️

We booked for an overnight & evening meal was greeted by Mrs D who confirmed our table in heaven, we then met Eric who gave us the grand tour of the amazing wine cellar. Have to say you won’t find a better steak in the U.K.
If your looking for quality and don’t mind paying a bit extra it’s sure a well worth experience, all staff we met couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable l guess it’s down to Mrs D being attentive.

If you love steak you must visit Champany Inn.

We went as a family of four and all of us decided to go for T bone steak.

They arrived promptly cooked to absolute perfection along with our sides which include chip shop style chips (We have been visiting this restaurant for years and to this day I wish I knew how they marinade the steak).

You must book a table here to guarantee a dining slot, this just goes to show how popular the restaurant is!

The service for our meal was excellent. The Staff could not do enough for us and were attentive from the moment we entered the restaurant.

The decor is of a certain vintage, which adds to the atmosphere however it could do with a refresh in places.

The menu is modern and varied, catering to everyone’s taste and budget.
