Stayed for two nights as part of our holiday. The staff were super friendly and helpful directing me to the correct secure parking close by. Our room was big, clean and well appointed. The location was perfect close to the River Lee and the hub of the city. Drinks in the next door bar, Cask were really good and the breakfast in the morning set the day up well.

Stayed one night in Cork and chose this property for its location to the train station. Check in was efficient and staff were friendly. Had a room in the un-renovated part of the hotel but it was still large and comfortable. It is right above a bar/restaurant so it can be a bit noisy at night.

Room tip: Request a renovated room when making a reservation

Stayed here with a fairly large group and they all loved this place. Rooms are cozy, comfortable and well laid out, beds are comfortable, bathroom neat and clean, breakfasts outstanding, location brilliant and the staff very friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. Did not have a chance to visit the bar myself, but according to a lot of others in the group that was amazing too, so yes.....full marks for the Isaacs !!!

We visited here in May after our wedding. It was beyond glorious. The waterfall is stunning, the bar next door is exceptional and we loved Colette on the desk. She was extremely friendly and gave us fantastic advice. Breakfast was excellent on both mornings. We received two glasses of Prosecco when we told them it was our honeymoon, this was a lovely touch. The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The room was stylish and clean. They kept our bags when we arrived early and it was an easy check in and check out. It was so fantastic we have booked again for next weekend. We will not stay anywhere else but here. 5

Loved this place! The room was cozy and beautiful, the bed was comfy, and we loved the bar downstairs! So my only complaints were that the room was very warm, and also there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom (this seems to be common throughout Ireland and I’m not sure why). I would definitely stay here again.
