Visited Hotel Isaacs during the week as an anniversary night away. Hotel is within walking distance of city center 4/5 mins.
Room was spotless and spacious and bed was super comfy.
We were booked into Cask bar for the evening and had a wonderful window seat, where we enjoyed numerous scrumptious cocktails and had some top notch food ( nice choice in vegan options too) with them. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgable on the food and drinks. All in all I would highly recommend it and definitely worth a stay or pop in if you are passing by.

Decided on Isaacs Hotel mainly due to its central location and adjoining restaurants which we were keen to try again. The hotel is great value for money and the mostly friendly staff run it well. The rooms are clean and met our needs. The car parking at the presbyterian church works very well and for only £4 a day. Would recommend a stay if in Cork.

Enjoyed staying here, the rooms are very clean and a warm welcome from staff, who I have to say are excellent. The restaurant is slight down score due to the speed with which they serve courses. The hotel however is friendly and extremely professional and I’d stay here again no problem. I’d probably not eat here again though. Car parking is two minutes away and a small fee per night, it is secure and locked in a church car park next door. Definitely we appreciated the welcome, the friendly staff and the comfortable room. I do question the internal (public?) phone outside room 211 which rang loudly on and off from 8am and I should have been up and about, but after a long drive I was tempted to unplug it as it was noisy and rang until I had to waken up and get up

For a city break you cant really beat the price and location of this place. The building itself is beautiful and has a very unique feel to it and our triple room was spacious and very bright. Every member of hotel staff we encountered was very pleasant and accommodating and we very much appreciated the personal touches with our rooms. Genuinely cant see myself staying anywhere else in Cork and will be back again soon
