The location could not be better. The Airlink Airport bus stops right outside and the stop for returning to the aiport is right by the front door. Its no more than a 2 minute walk to the Post Office, the tram and frankly anything else you might want. 5 minutes gets you to the Halfpenny Bridge and 10 minutes sees you in Grafton Steet.

The staff are all very friendlly, efficient and helpful. Ther's a good choice of English Language stations on the TV and the beds are comfortable.

One word of warning - if you are a light sleeper or retire early DO NOT take a room at the back - as this is only a matter of yards away from a large screen outdoor TV and bar venue and the noise can be quite racous until well into the early hours. The hotel really does need to invest in triple glazing for these rooms as I am sure there will be problems for anybody located there.

That's the only reason I've rated this as a 4* venue as its a 5* place in all other respects. As a Best Western Reward Card holder I was supposed to be allocated the best room within the category booked - so I guess some of the rooms must be worse (for noise).

Room Tip: Avoid rooms at the back (overlooking the large TC screen and outdoor bar area) - if you are allocate...

Kind and helpful staffs, great location in 2 minutes walking distance to bus station / shopping mall / restaurant / bars ... Big, clean and comfortable room with free high-speed WiFi. Recommend for both business and leisure staying. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time while visit Dublin.

Outside it looks a bit lost, Inside it opens up to be modern bright and well lit, Excellent booking in experience, Good modern Room with Flat Screen TV with several good reception channels, High rise (Think 9 floors but I know defo 7) I stayed on forth floor quiet room Very Clean and well serviced (2 nights) Really good double bed and pillows, Breakfast middle of the road but acceptable with attentive staff, Had an Eastern Buffet at night 8/10.
Back shortly well worth a visit 79E per night, Good position for Dublin Centre

Very good hotel for families staying in Dublin for Holiday, and very good value for your money!!. The hotel was a such a type of hotel, and very busy/crowded with tourist families arriving and leaving, all the time, in the lobby area.
I traveled with my teenage son and the room was spacious enough, clean enough and perfectly fine for the two of us for such an occasion. I would not prefer this hotel for business or a girl trip or a romantic trip. The The location is very good next to the O'Connel Street (just off Parnell), and I "hop on hop of buses" had their ending stop right outside. We never ate at the hotel, so cannot comment that bit. But we actually ate at the Pub in the backyard (which might be a bit noisy in the night, but did not bother us, even though our room was on that side). We actually were not aware that it was the same pub, because we entered from the main road, after having read a couple of recommendations at TripAd. And the food was just so incredible nice, ans so elegnt served for being in a dark Pub. The cod was fantastic!!

I stop here every time I come to Dublin, it is spotlessly clean and the staff are terrific. Anytime I have needed them they are only too willing to help. The hotel is modern and all the rooms well appointed with everything you would need for your stay.
The location is brilliant for the centre of Dublin with most main attractions just minutes walk away. O'Connell Street is 50 yards up the street and a 5 minute walk south takes you to the Temple Bar tourist area which is full of great restaurants and bars many with live music.
If you need to park the hotel has a concession with the Clery's car park around the corner which works out very reasonable when compared with some other parking facility.

Room Tip: None of the rooms have good views, The windows are double glazed and so there is little street noise...

We booked into the hotel the weekend of the 18th . We had a lovely time the staff were welcoming and friendly . I found that the seating area was a little cold and found myself and others feeling it too. The food was first class and it was located in the heart of Dublin city .

Dublin can be a very expensive city to do anything in so was quite surprised at how cheap this hotel was to stay in! Got a rate for €89! Hotel is situated just off Parnell an O' Connell Street Dublin. Just a stones throw away from all the main shops that the Northside has to offer and a ten minute walk to Grafton Street over the bridge making this a great location.
The hotel itself was really lovely. We were checked in efficiently and before the stated check in time. Our room was a double, extremely comfortable. We had a shower and bath with shower foam and soap supplied. There was a tv and keyboard for Internet usage! Basic channels were provided and all others had a charge. The room was spotlessly clean an accessible via elevator. There were also tea and coffee making facilities in the room, an ironing board and iron and an extremely low powered hair dryer! Bring your own. The staff were always so helpful and accommodating!
The only con with the whole hotel is that parking is only available a few hundred meters away from the hotel in the Clery's Q PARK, but we received a 40% discount so parking was roughly €16. We didn't avail of any of the bars or restaurants in the hotel, but they looked lovely. There is a taxi rank located just outside the main entrance which was extremely convenient.
