This lodge is situated in a perfect location. If you do not mind small room/space which we didn't mind since we only stay in the room at night this place is perfect. Cheap accommodation, friendly stuff, great breakfast. We definitely recommend this place.

I stayed there as I was in Dublin with my brother to see a football match in Croke park.
The Guesthouse is perfectly located close to Connolly train station, and is also well within walking distance of Croke park.
The facilities were basic, but clean and warm and the breakfast the next morning hit all the right spots.
Granted it's not the most luxurious place that you could stay, but for the money it was brilliant.
The staff were polite and they didn't mind holding onto our bags for a few hours the next morning while we took a walk around Dublin.
Over all, if you are looking for good accommodation on a budget, that is also located brilliantly in Dublin city centre, then give them a call.
Just one thing though, just because their website might say that they have no availability, it does not mean that they are full. Just call them and they will probably have a room for you!!

Room Tip: Great Location at a great price

We just stayed here for 2 nights and found it excellent, very very clean and brilliant staff. Everything is in walking distance and the area feels very safe, always plenty of people about.. We will be staying here on our next trip too , comfy beds and yummy breakfast to set us up for the day. Live music pub and french restaurant attached too, what more could you ask for

Room Tip: dont have room 109, bathroom tiny

Our room overlooked the rear of the building which was a load of air con units and a car park. The window was very ill fitting - sounded like it was open when not and all you could hear was the drone of air con units which disrupted our sleep. The room was smallish and the TV was high above the bathroom door and was a small portable - not the best viewing. The spoons with the coffee making facilities were dirty but there were plenty of tea & coffee available. The cooked breakfast was passable but the toast came out at the same time leaving you with a table crammed full of plates teapots, cups etc. Cereal choice was limited. The location was good but you can find much better bang for your buck as the Yanks say.

Room Tip: Highest floor best for quieter rooms
