Was here with a friend on a Sunday night. The place was busy but not crowded giving it a lovely atmosphere. We were served by fabulous Spanish (I think!) staff that provided us with plenty of helpful suggestions for our meal. The quality of the food was second to none. My favourite was the pigs cheek and the blue cheese and relish on the cheese and meat board.
For drinks we both had the sangria which was beautiful also.
Could not praise wonderful staff enough, extremely attentive and knowledgeable on their menu.

I have definitely found my new favourite place to eat in Dublin!

Thank Meghan C

Thanks so much for your lovely review - delighted you enjoyed! Yes the blue cheese is from Leon and we serve it with our homemade tomato marmalade.. we're slightly addicted to it! So delighted you enjoyed! We make our sangria to Anna's family recipe - lovely drink in the run up to Easter and the summer! Thanks again for your fab review and we hope to see you again soon!

This place was amazing! The owner (Anna) was serving tables herself! Everyone pays outstanding attention to detail, from the service at the door, the drink and appetizer tasters, to the actual tapas themselves. The food is absolutely wonderful and the service simply cannot be beat. This place is definitely a hidden gem. Such an outstanding experience! Make a reservation before you go (we almost couldn't get a table on a Sunday).

The rave reviews here are fully justified. We celebrated a family birthday here, all of are already big tapas fans after many visits to Spain. We had about 12 or 13 plates between 4 of us and each one was excellent. The chorizo with morcilla and chorizo with white wine were my favourites. I also loved the pigs cheeks and the lambs liver. The manche go cheese with honey was an unexpected surprise. Patatas Bravas and Gambas didn't last long on the table. The recommended wines were very good. The staff were lovely. I can't wait for an excuse to visit again with family and friends. Book early, the restaurant is small.

Thanks so much for your lovely review!! Delighted you all enjoyed! Our chorizo and white wine is one of Anna's favourites! If you enjoyed the pigs' cheeks; maybe if with us again try the oxtail as we think you'd love it! Thanks again and we hope to see you again sometime soon!!

Had high expectations for this restaurant having seen many great reviews online and from friends. Food was nice, not amazing in any way. Many dishes had the same greasy taste. Staff, while helpful in advising on dishes, made us feel quite uncomfortable. Possibly due to overstaffing at the time, many staff members were constantly pacing around our table, as if watching and waiting for us to finish. The restaurant was not bust at the time, and waiters were under no stress so it should not be due to needing us to leave for the reservation which was an hour later. Whatever the reason (if there is one), we could not enjoy our meal in peace and did not feel at ease. Completely ruined the laid back, relaxed atmosphere which previous reviews noted. This would repel me from visiting again.

Thanks for taking the time to write your review and sorry to hear you were repelled to return again. I'm delighted to hear you felt the staff were too attentive rather than not attentive at all. We are training new staff at present so they may have been a little eager, so apologies if that annoyed you, but should this ever happen to you again in another restaurant, do feel free to ask the staff to hold back as they (and we) would be happy to do so.

In relation the our food being greasy, it all depends on what you order from our menu of 54 dishes. By the very nature of Spanish tapas there will be a lot of fried food; whether in fryers or in olive oil on the gas burners or plancha. So yes there would be a lot of oil involved, but it shouldn't be greasy - we'll certainly look into that. But there is also a very large selection of dishes on the menu that have not been fried. I hope when you were in you made it aware to your many waiters that you were not happy with your dishes / dish as they would have been delighted to rectify it for you at the time rather than you leaving unhappy.

Sorry to hear you were so disappointed, but many thanks again for your feedback. Happy tapeo.
