This building is directly across the Marrion Park. There are a row of brick buildings that are distinctive and a very nice neighborhood. The Red Cross is one of these mew buildings with red flags and a plaque. The rest of the buildings along this street seem to be primarily offices and a very good location.

Situated in the beautiful Merrion Square is this fine building, like all the other buildings it is of Georgian design, and it's the HQ of the Irish red cross, I actually got the impression that this isn't really a public place, and you would only go in there on business or invitation. The Powerscourt Gallery is actually in a different location, it is in South William Street about a Kilometre away. I will go there soon, and do a nice review of it, even the picture that is supplied of the place, I think is in the Powerscourt Centre, looking forward to going!
