A great room with space, it's own small kitchen, and a fire! It was very clean and welcoming. An excellent breakfast with more options than we could manage. Friendly hosts who provided quick, efficient service. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

You will not be disappointed with Rockfield House. Peter was an amazing and accommodating host who could not do enough to make us feel welcome and cared for. He even drove us into Killarney for dinner and shopping on two of the evenings we spent there, as well as picking us up when we were ready to come back! Our room was comfortable, clean, and large with extra sofas, table and chairs, and a kitchenette, would be perfect accommodation for a family. Bathroom had a large shower. Peter even lit the fireplace in the room for us each evening, so cozy. Breakfast was wonderful with a lovely dining room looking out to the back garden. We ended up extending our stay here by one more night as we loved the Killarney area and Rockfield House. Lots to see and do and Peter was a wealth of information on the area; we followed some of his suggestions of places to go after leaving Killarney and we were not disappointed! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Room tip: Family room available. Some second floor rooms have a balcony. Some bathrooms with tub and shower, some just showers.

Had a great stay at Rockfield House while visiting Killarney in September 2015. Very clean, very quiet, super-friendly hosts, and a tremendous breakfast each day. Great value if you happen to be in the area.

We had an amazing time in Kerry. The B&B was outstanding. Such a friendly welcome. We had a beautiful room. Clean and full facilities provided. Tea and biscuits in the room. Lovely and warm. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty to eat and hot. U could eat as much as u liked. No rush in the morning when leaving for the day. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Perfect.

What B&B would offer a comfortable sofa and armchair in the bedroom? Rockfield House for sure. It was a wonderful surprise to find such comfort. Peter was really welcoming although we arrived far earlier than expected and he immediately made us tea and biscuits in the large and homely guest lounge whilst our room was being prepared.

Staying there was like visiting the home of an old friend with the bonus of being offered an amazing choice of food for breakfast. Peter made it obvious that he enjoyed seeing guests tuck into their breakfasts with gusto. A unique warm host running a unique B & B.

Room tip: All rooms on first floor are well appointed with the use of a microwave and fridge on the landing
