Fun to drive thru a mountain. There is nothing to stop and see but still interesting to dive through

Coming up to this tunnel took breath away as never seen anything like this. True stone artists had to have created this awesome tunnel.

Glad we went during the slow time of the year. Roads were beautiful and full of turns but VERY narrow. Many places to pull off and enjoy the views and scenery.

Kenmare is a nice place to stop, and the roads leading in and out are make for some special drives and landscapes

This road will take you from the beautiful Town of Kemare all the way to the Bantry Golf Course. It has High elevations and tunnels carved out of rock that i have not seen anywhere else in Ireland, You also pass through Glengariff where Maureen O'Hara maintained a residence and The Eccles Hotel that was built in the 1700's and has reopened after renovations. The hotel was a great stop for an afternoon snack before climbing back into the car for a return trip through the Rock Tunnels.
