A family group consisting of 4 adults and 2 children booked a family and double room to attend a graduation MIC. The double room 213 turned out to be a twin with not enough room to swing a mouse. The shower was tiny A complaint to reception was met with the standard apology and full house reply. Retiring to the room for the night we were greeted by very loud music from nearby clubs and pubs. Our complaint got the reply that street noise was indicated in the hotel description. We were expecting a bit of traffic noise not blaring disco music.
During the night it started to rain. This resulted in continuous loud dripping noise from the gutter beside the window. We hardly slept for the entire night.
The next morning both our complaints and the noise complaints from the other members of the group in the family room were greeted with numerous apologies but no action. No manager was at the hotel for our entire stay. We all refused to pay and provided addresses , phone numbers and e mail addresses for the management to contact us. we left without breakfast No contact so far f. I would recommend staying sleeping in your car as it would be quieter and more comfortable

This is no where close to a 3 star property. No plugs for electronics, toilets don’t flush, uncomfortable beds, no soundproofing, horrible food and smelly rooms. It cou”d not be any worse! I could not get out of there soon enough!

Room tip: Go somewhere else.

Small rooms in downtown limerick. Noisy street from nearby pubs. May be ok for someone with downtown business and for one night. No room for luggage and multiple stairs would make it impossible for physically handicapped.

Fabulous location for bars niteclubs if you don't mind street noise. I looked for a bucket with ice and the girl on reception couldn't have been more helpful. Clean comfortable rooms with everything you would need for a night away. This is my 3rd or 4the stay in The Boutique.

We stop at Limerick just one nigth and we stayed at this hotel. It was placed down town center and the room was correct, but nothing special. The service was correct as well, maybe we expected a little bit more of kindness, but... We’ve been in B&B much more better than this tree-stars hotel, but as I wrote, for one nigth it was correct.
