Organised for an important group of colleagues to visit Limerick for business, some traveling from different parts of the world. Couple of emails and good contact from hotel team prior to arrival. Hotel could not have made them more welcome or provided a better service. Basically they delivered a warm Irish welcome with professionalism. Dinner was had at the hotel in a private area and the food was really excellent, breakfast following morning the same. Rooms were very comfortable and the city centre location was excellent in that it was close to the meeting venue and the railway station. Could not recommend highly enough, will be back - seriously well done and thanks :)

In the early part of the year, I stopped by the Savoy bar for a cocktail & I was very impressed. This time I came back to stay in the hotel & I was not disappointed. From the minute I arrived at reception, I got a warm friendly greeting & checking in was made seamless by the ease with which I was booked in. I was told about the secure parking across the road in Harvey's Quay & then I went to my room. My room was an executive suite with every imaginable comfort & access to the executive lounge. The breakfast is simply amazing with a vast array of fresh fruits, cereals, cheeses, cold meats & a choice of hot cooked breakfast items. The staff are warm, friendly & helpful. I left with the feeling that this place is very well managed & the professionalism manifests itself all the way through the staff. If there was a rating better than excellent, I would happily give it. I will look forward to going back & I will be recommending the Savoy to anybody who has reason to stay in the Limerick area in future.

Wonderful hotel, I was here three years ago and was dying to come back. Came with a Group stayed on Executive Level. Rooms excellent with Nespresso Coffee machines. Access to Executive Lounge offering tea, coffee, water, minerals and snacks. Quiet chill out area. Breakfast this hotel is incredible and is served until 12.30 selection of fresh fruits, home made breads, pastries, scones, limerick ham, cured meats, beef. Fresh honeycome, youghurts, freshly squeezed juices, Bottles sparkling water and that's just the cold section. Hot offerings are unbelievable, fish, steak, eggs hollandaise, Avocado Toast with poached eggs, all cooked to perfection. Dinner was also very good and service is second to none. Car parking is in Dunnes Stores car park on Level 6 and 7. Get your ticket stamped at reception when leaving and the charge is Euro 10 per day. Beautiful spa and small pool a lovely chill out space. This hotel is in the centre of Limerick just minutes from shops bars and restaurants.

Room tip: Rooms with balcony.
