Description: In Swindon, Wiltshire, Eggelicious E3 and her sister E2 are independent boutique bistros. Our original restaurant was in the tented market in Swindon town centre for 8 years. Our Eggciting journey has now brought us to the Brunel Shopping Centre in Swindon, where you will find Eggelicious E3. Whilst the sister shop Eggelicious E2 can be found on Wood St, Old Town, Swindon. In both of them you’ll find our special combination of informal and communal dining with the personal touch – as embodied in our acclaimed fast and friendly service The ethos of Eggelicious is to deliver ‘slow food fast’. By which we mean delicious yet uncomplicated food that is freshly prepared each day and cooked before you. Our wraps are hearty and wholesome and each one is packed with a variety of health benefits. Don’t be deceived by the term ‘Eggelicious’. Whilst eggs feature in our food they don’t define it. Whether a meat-eater, vegetarian or vegan you will be sure to find a wide choice of offerings each day.

We had a light lunch, including a toasted wrap.
The food was prepared and cooked in front of us and we took advantage of the free WiFi charge while we waited!
Fresh and full of favour, the food arrived quickly and we were given an expalnation as to what was in it by the lovely lady working that day.
This place was a bit of a find as we didn’t want to eat a lot but wanted something tasty.
Will go again.

After reading all the top reviews on here, I had high expectations of eating here.
I have walked past many times and the smell is divine.

Looked at a menu at the left hand side of the bar area and the server told us to place our order at the till. We walked to the other side but still couldn't see a till and he said there's a sign above! Mmmmm yes, 9ft above, when we don't walk looking at the ceiling!

Spoke a bit about the fillings and were told the days chicken was either spicy or Cajun.
(Another lady asked the same question when we were seated eating and she was offered samples to try, we wasn't).

Ordered our food and sat down waiting for it, which did not take too long to be served. Normally they call out your name and you collect but we had our food brought to us.

The tapas dishes we ordered came out the same time as the main wraps which would've been nicer to have have come out before.
The mixed olives and chorizo was tasty as was the seasoned chicken but unfortunately this was the same chicken as in one of our wraps, but did not know this.

The wraps were lamb mince, spinach, chilli and potato with mint yogurt and spicy chicken with halloumi, potato, red onion and chilli.
Both wraps were filled very generously with meat, I felt mine had too much lamb which got very rich towards the end and some salad would've broken up this taste. The mint yogurt I could barely taste and the chillies had a decent kick.
The chicken wrap was spicy but again some salad would've been nice.

We noticed that the server was overly friendly with female customers but not if they had a man in tow.

This was our first visit and the service was luke warm and not a smile in site.

Disappointed and won't return.

Really good curry chicken wraps, I usually go for a spicy chicken wrap with potato. Staff are friendly and it’s usually not a long wait for the food.

Had a meal with my family a month ago here not long after pancake day, the food was unique, tasty and really caters to everybody. The owner of the shop was friendly as usual. (: Would definitely recommend to others!
