Our second visit to 360 Play and on a sunny day so the outside part was open this time. My 5 year old daughter land loved her first visit and had been asking to come back so we visited for a school holiday treat. So much to do for kids here, you have the main, very large soft play area, little bumper cars, a carousel, play rooms, activities and pedal boating, tree climbing and more play houses in the outside.
We found a table and set up camp while my daughter ran off and played. The cafe is good and reasonably priced. At lunchtime we both had a panini with chips while my daughter chose the lunch pack option where you choose 5 times to put in a bag - she had sandwiches, Crisps, drink, cheese snack and a yoghurt.
My daughter really enjoyed the outside area - little boats which are well supervised with only 2/3 on at a time and the younger kids wear life jackets, a 'tree climb' where kids can climb up trees whilst wearing harnesses and ropes and play houses such as a school, police station and shops. There was also a bouncy castle and sandpit which were closed due to the heavy rain we'd had the day previous.
Plenty for kids to do and great that all activities are included once you are in. We were there for 4 hours and it certainly burnt off some of my daughters energy!

Haven't visited in a long time, it used to get so busy. It was so quiet. Chose here over another soft play venue that's cheaper than 360 as I visited on a dry day and planned to make use of outdoor activities. On paying ( which wasn't cheap, and I don't understand why the adults are charged so much to sit and watch there children play. And baring in mind while there watching there children they are also purchasing refreshments. ) there was a sign on the desk saying outside was open. After paying the entry fee head straight to the outside area to find it closed. Ask a member of staff and they say might open later in the day, so I asked can you find out. When she asked she confirmed the outside area would be closed the whole day despite the dry weather there sign was quickly turned around to saying outside closed. For those prices won't afford to rush back very often

Thank you for your review.

I can confirm that 360 is still extremely popular, if you read some of our other reviews, we get the complete opposite reviews to yours, so it can be swings and roundabouts with our amount of customers.

With regards to our outside area, sometimes this can be closed at short notice due to health and safety reasons, it's not only closed due to bad weather. I can only apologise that the signage hadn't been updated when you entered the centre.

We hope that you change your mind and do chose to visit us again.

Decided to give it a whirl and it was great for the kids to let off do energy. Bumper cars, outside sand pit etc. Wasn't busy so the girls had great time upstairs in the play stations. Thought a little expensive for adults to get in to watch their kids play!

Thank you for your lovely review, we are so pleased that your children had a good time with us, we charge a very small fee for adults to enter as our playframe has been designed for adults to use with their children.

We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
