Stayed at jessop house for two nights. Chris and Steve made us very welcome, room and all of the building was spotless. Great breakfast, good choice. We were in room 10 great view of the Malvern hills and very quiet. Very large room with two large windows so very light. Lovely big king size bed. Large shower cubicle.
Do not hesitate to book this b&b.
Many thanks Chris and Steve for a great weekend.
But Chris straighten that picture
Steve. Slow down a bit

Room Tip: Room 10 good view very quiet

Enjoyed a five night stay in August and stayed in Room 10 (at the top in the rear of the building).
The hosts Steve and Chris(tine) are clearly passionate about what they do and go out of their way to help and make sure you have a good stay.
Our room was in the medieval part of the building at the back. The front is Georgian. Quirky history all around you but the building has been sympathetically restored. There are even some priest (hiding) holes! Due to its age, there are no lifts, just stairs but nothing too strenuous.
The bedroom interior was luxurious, with lots of glamorous decor and furnishing. The shower is cleverly built into an alcove. Comfortable bed and quiet where we were but the front may be noisier (above the road).
Tea/coffee making in room. TV and hairdryer.
Breakfasts are included and are delicious. A choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and juices and then hot choices of traditional English, omelette, scrambled egg (with smoked salmon, if desired) and kippers. All delicious. Pots of tea and coffee aplenty.
Free parking for 5 cars at the rear or over the road in a free public car park.
Plenty of restaurants in Tewkesbury town centre for dinner, without having to go too far or take the car.
Only 8 rooms. No kids.
If touring this pretty area, this small hotel should be at the top of your list of places to stay.

We were a party of six and booked Jessop House based on reviews and those reviews were absolutely correct. The rooms were wonderful and the owners went out of their way to help us get the most from our stay. Breakfasts were delicious and I cannot praise Jessop House enough. Tewkesbury was very interesting - come in the summer when all the banners of the Battle of Tewkesbury combatants are flying .

The service was superb, the room was excellent and the breakfast too was excellent. we were in Tewkesbury for the weekend for a wedding and if ever we return to Tewkesbury there is no other place to stay than at Jessop House. We are global five star plus boutique hotel users and while Jessop House is not a five star boutique hotel it punches way above its weight and is the nearest thing you will find in Tewkesbury at a fraction of the cost, with really nice owners who also serve and look after you. Awesome.

Room Tip: No elevator so walking stairs is a consideration
