“Perfect, comfortable cottage in lovely, quiet village”
Reviewed July 20, 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Spent a lovely week in this perfect, cosy cottage. The Cotswalds is a beautiful area and this location is perfect for Bourton on the Water, Broadway, Adam Henson's farm park, Warwick castle and Stratford upon Avon.

We spent a wonderful week here. The cottage is lovely and located in a very nice village between Chipping Campden and Morton - in - Marsh. We had everything we needed and more. The owner left us a basket of goodies - cakes, biscuits and crisps - which was very nice.

Stayed here for four nights between Christmas and New Year.
It was just as it appears in the owner's photographs except even better because they had gone to the trouble of putting up the Christmas decorations including a tree!
The cottage was warm and cosy and ideal to come back to after a chilly day out.
Good central location for visiting the likes of Stratford on Avon, Warwick, Banbury, Stow on the Wold and Broadway etc.
Comfortable beds, spotless bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a welcome pack on arrival. We didn't get to all the places we would like to see so we intend returning.

“WOW WHAT A FANTASTIC LITTLE COTTAGE IN A GREAT LOCATION!”

This was our first foray into renting a cottage for a holiday - we normally go for a hotel holiday but thought we would try this for a change and we are totally converted! This charming little cottage was ideally located for us and close to lots of great places to visit. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and well cared for and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. We didn't see the owners but they obviously pride themselves on providing a home from home for their guests. Just reading their visitors book is a testament in itself - they have so many repeat visitors which speaks volumes. We definitely would like to return as there is still so much to see in the area. Thanks for making our holiday!!

“5 star accommodation”

I stayed with my husband and mother and was absolutely delighted with the cleanliness and welcome pack. We couldn't fault the location for visiting all the lovely little towns around Stretton. Although we never met the owners we could see they take pride in their accommodation and the garden was beautiful with a place to eat meals in peace and tranquility. The cottage would be an ideal destination at any time of the year.

Stayed here with my husband and father and cannot recommend the cottage highly enough. It is comfortable, cosy, well equipped and in a stunning location. There was a welcome basket of chocolates and biscuits waiting for us and milk was left in the fridge. There were plenty of books to read and/or dvds to watch although we didn't do much of either as there was so much to do in the area. The food at The Plough Inn was fantastic as was the atmosphere - wish there were a local like it in my town! We visited Chipping Campden, Moreton-on-Marsh, Stratford, Stow-on-the-Wold and Oxford ( the Pitts Rivers museum is an absolute must).
We will be going back here to this very cottage for sure.

A beautiful cottage, well appointed and really comfortable. Liked the little touches, including DVD's, books, games, cool bag, flask etc. Used as a base to meet up with family based in Mickleton.

Common to being in more remote areas the phone reception is intermittent and the free wifi although useful didn't always connect or was rather slow. Not too bad for us but the youngsters felt a little cut off not being able to text all the time.
