We came at the busy time, 8pm on Saturday night. Although we were lucky to get a table without a prior reservation, we had to wait for 20min before the drinks could have been ordered. At the time, they were short of staff and tried to do their best, which worked well!
We had 4 tapas choices and neither of them was electional: rice in paella was undercooked, so was quisadila.. chicken on the skewers was too dry as well.
After complaint, they took one tapas off the bill which is very nice of them

Would definitely recommend to try house sangria!!!

We “ate” here tonight with friends. Extraordinarily disappointing. Wine list limited and although inexpensive the two wines we had were very poor.

More importantly - food was frankly terrible. Tomato bread with no visible tomato and over salted. Cold and greasy. The goats cheese salad had one 5 mm piece of visible goats cheese, as did the aubergine with manchego. The patatas bravas were bland with no kick, and greasy.

Portions were (mercifully) tiny. The maitre’d kindly waived the bill but frankly we had sent virtually all of the food back.

Don’t bother. There are lots of better places to eat in Chorlton.

Mother’s Day - normally eat at Bar San Juan not far from Juan Sanchez but prefer the lay out of the restaurant at Sanchez. (Bigger more room).
Food was just ok nothing to go crazy about, same as the service, a Spanish team which is always good to see in a tapas restaurant.
The waiter recommend we have the churros for dessert, infact informed every other table of the same with the same spiel, appeared a bit forced.
I feel it’s a little pricy for tapas especially when you see the portion size, yes I know tapa is a small serving but maybe too small here.
There are better tapas in Manchester!

Been coming here for years and the food has always been spot on. Think the prices are also very reasonable compared to other places in Manchester. Very relaxed atmosphere and never feel rushed, the food is always quick to arrive. Staff friendly and attentive. Nice heated outside seating area, so it is possible to sit outside and feel comfortable even when the weather isn't great.
