Visited and the farm was closed even though the website said it was open, which was such a shame.
The park itself was huge and our babies spent time toddling around the park and playing in puddles.

May visit again.

I visited the farm with two kids 7 and 9 years old. Although the farm is small, they really enjoyed the animals. Also the farm is free entry. There is also nice playgrounds. Also it is nice place to walk.

We took our grandchildren to Wythenshawe park, had a picnic, played football & went on the park.
We also took them to the community farm. It's only small & hasn't got a lot of animals but the kids absolutely loved it. They enjoyed stroking the animals without being afraid.
I also bought some lovely fresh eggs in the shop.
We'll definitely go back again.

Looking after one of our grandsons (aged 4). It was a cold wet Friday so took him to Whythenshaw Park and ended up at the farm.
Although small plenty of animals to see.
Its a little dirty and smelly but its a working farm do what do you expect. Take your wellies.

We went there for the little farm but it was closed. No previous notifications had been given anywhere, including their official website. No further schedule was goven either. Disappointed.
The playgroubd is OK, big enough but not much to play there.

A lovely community farm. Has various farm animals to see, saw a sow pig with 10 1 day old piglets which was lovely. Has a large number of friendly cows to see at pat. Had 2 damp sheep outside, loads of chickens. Great little place and free as well.

Huge park, free car park, lots of benches to sit at. Tennis courts, large play area including climbing frames and slides, farm with lots of animals, bridal paths, football fields, gardening area and a cafe! Lots going on in this park and it’s all free and very well maintained.
5th star would be earned if the pitch and putt golf greens were reinstated!

I love this park ;oP it's my sons favourite place to go, it has everything from simply cycling £2 for an hour, car parks which they often charge £1 on Saturdays or bank holidays. (But this goes to the up keep) there's a cafe. A play park which had been updated this year (2017) a working farm which grows veg or fruit to sell in the farm shop. There's a wonder bee hive and they sell the honey, totally worth a visit and buy a jar! A golf green (bring your own club and ball. Tennis court. Bowls green. Loads of walking. And currently a burnt down village hall.

Can't complain as free entry to farm. Usually has pigs with babies a few cows and sheep with hens and chicks.
Nice little setup but not a lot to see. Children's play park nearby is good though.
