If you want a nice afternoon with kids you can't go far wrong. A massive playground, small farm with tiny farm shop, a big queue for the ice cream van but free parking and tonnes of space to run around

Although entrance is free it is very poor. All the animals looked healthy and well cared for but no facilities for visitors. Toilets were filthy and full of litter. There was no soap, no toilet paper, no hand towels and only cold water. Hand washing this is so important to prevent infection in young children. I went on a Monday so there was no excuse that it was busy as there were hardly any visitors that morning. The children's playground was excellent and very well equipped. The cafe had somehow been awarded a 5 hygiene rating but we found it dirty. We certainly will not be visiting this attraction again.

Please bring your children some where else , very few animals. It is just a joke. If you are going to park and weather is good then it is fine you can peek in , takes 5 minutes. But don't go there for a day out , you will
be disappointed.

Visited the farm on one of them cold boring days where nothing to do so took the kids here to break the day up..
What we found was a wonderful community farm offering a free day out spending time with animals and learning about day to day farm work..
Excellent from start to finish
