My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. We had a 'classic' room, which was extremely small and difficulty to negotiate for two people. The hotel seems to try too hard to be a boutique hotel, with difficult-to-use gadgets in the room - trying to turn the bedside lamp off was a five minute job! The pavement and road outside the hotel is being dug up (and won't be finished until November 2017), with no taxi access. You'll have to walk about 50 metres from the nearest street through sand and rubble to get to the front door. There is a small sauna and fitness centre (but no pool) in the basement.

I recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. Having arrived with no pre-conceived notions of what to expect, I found the hotel to be spotlessly clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The room was simply and elegantly furnished and the bed was comfortable. What more could you ask for? Thank you for an enjoyable stay in charming Strasbourg.

I was expecting more from a hotel ranked so highly on TripAdvisor. Bedroom layout in bedroom was plain weird: no sink in toilet separate from shower room; sofa space pretty redundant; but beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nowhere near as good as some comments suggest. Staff were friendly.

We spent two nights in this hotel while visiting Strasbourg. It has great location right at the entrance to the old city.

It was quite complicated to get from the parking house to the hotel, but for me it was little bit fun at the end :-) Breakfast was sufficient. Gym is small, but very clean and with totally modern equipment. It is open 24/7, that´s great.

Our room was very small, but I guess this is normal in French hotels.

Hands down, one of the best hotels we have stayed in Europe.
The rooms are modern, fresh, clean & they have everything you need in the room. The staff are super nice & they have parking right next door.
I highly recommend this place. We loved it!!

Room tip: Stay in the suites:)
