Good hotel that offers early breakfast for those traveling in the early morning (open from 5:30 am). Rooms are rather nice for a reasonnable price. Even if located near the airport, that hotel is not noisy.

Room Tip: A good choice near the airport

Clean comfortable room and clean bathroom. Helpful staff able to converse in English. Nice restaurant and tempting menu. 24 hour reception. With convenient meal times, no big English but ample choice of continental breakfast items plus belly pork and scrambled egg. Hotel walking distance from airport.

We didn't expect much but we got clean, nice rooms with wifi and very comfortable beds. Really nice. One thing was disturbing - wind heard all the time through the doors. It felt a little like on the coast.

I booked this hotel as a one night stopover on our drive back from Cadiz. I chose it because of the proximity to the motorway, Wifi access(as I needed to keep in touch with the kids back home) and an on site restaurant (as we did not want to drive to find food after a 12 hour drive). We arrived at 8.30pm and were told that the restaurant was shut for the evening. Feeling a little let down, we made our way to our room to contact the children only to find the Wifi was not working. I informed the receptionist who, to be fair, tried to log me onto the internet but with no luck - meaning we had to make an international call to contact home. We then got back into the car, to try to find somewhere to eat. After driving around the town for a further hour, we found all the restaurants booked and the only available space was in Macdonalds - no thanks! We went back to the hotel where the receptionist informed me that she could make us a sandwich. Feeling very tired and despondent, we agreed and awaited a phone call to collect our food. Forty five minutes later, the call for our food came. I went down to reception to collect the four dry five inch baguettes with ham and cheese - I suppose some food is better than nothing. When we checked out the following morning we found that we had been charged 16 euros for the bread. All in all, the young lady at the desk was very friendly and tried to be helpful, however, I would not use this hotel chain again as we were given no advance warning of the restaurant closure or the non existent Wifi, even though it was listed as having both available.

Room Tip: We booked a superior double which was basic but clean.

We were recovered to this "motel" by our insurance company when our car broke down.
We were not in the best of spirits and were not anticipating a good stay. Nevertheless it was so much better than the first impression we had.

The reception staff were so helpful and extremely accommodating - allowing us to "camp out" in their lounge and use their computer to sort out alternative accommodation and repatriation of our car.

Without transport our only option was to use the hotel's restaurant for dinner - the food here, particularly the buffet was of a very high standard. The head chef was also extremely warm and friendly - personally coming out with more warm croissants at breakfast.

The team running this hotel are amazing and very understanding of customer service.

The hotel is right by Biarritz-Bayonne airport but is extremely quiet. Our room was away from the main road and overlooked an "industrial estate" car park; it was really peaceful and the beds were comfortable.

Room Tip: Room facing away from main road
