We spent 3 nights here and found the location to be perfect! Close to the city center and near many shops and restaurants. Our room was beautiful and the service was second to none.

We had booked a room for two nights
And then realized we were needing another room. We booked a twin room online because we were in a hurry and traveling. By the time we arrived at the hotel, Alexis had noticed that we had 2 separate reservations for 2 different rooms-- and changed them so that we could stay in the same room for all three nights!

We came in late, and yet Alexis was able to prepare a bottle of wine with a cheese plate for us. They bake their own bread and it is great. Breakfast was a little pricey but high quality. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic. We had a high powered shower, heated floors and towels and a large soaking tub!

I travel extensively and. An honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! I highly recommend it!

From the minute we arrived the staff and service was wonderful! The location was perfect. They were very helpful in storing our bikes. The restaurant was terrific, we had beautiful wines and sole. We plan to go back for their signature chicken dish next year. The owner was very helpful is selecting wines to be shipped back to the states.

We had the beautiful new suite 9 in a separate building to the main building of the hotel. The hotel is centrally located and in easy walking distance of the main attractions in the town. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves lovely food and if the weather is nice sit in the courtyard. The breakfast was served in the lobby of the hotel and was also very good. I highly recommend staying in L' Hotel Beaune as a central point to visit the Burgundy region. The staff were very helpful too. Room for 2 cars to park in the courtyard and there is also parking on the street.

This hotel has class and style and sits in the middle of the city centre. We stayed in a beautiful room with high ceilings, wonderfull bathroom with tub and separate shower. Welcome was very warm yet very professional. Dinner is served in the building at the other side of the terras. Good local food, poulet and poularde from Bresse as well as the crêpe suzette were excellent. The wine list (or book) is a real treat for wine lovers. Breakfast was served on the terras and our cafe latte was obtained from the café next door because "they make the best one". What can I say more!

Pros: Great location. Wonderful staff. Clean room. Awesome shower. Good A/C. Good Wifi.

Cons: We had requested off site parking for 15 euro. When we arrive we were told, "Good luck finding parking." We did find parking for the 2 days in a garage nearby. The machine said 80 euro. Fortunately our credit card didn't work there, so the attendant charged us only 20 euro. The hotel still charged us 30 euro for parking, but removed the charge after I explained that they didn't give us parking.

There is no bell hop (porter) service at all. Our room was around the corner and up 3 flights of stairs. I expect some luggage assistance at this price point and luxury rating.

There was absolutely no view of any kind from our room. There were lots of windows but all opened to the alleyway.

The cleaning staff came in the room several times despite having the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

There are no dinner options at the hotel on Sundays.

Room Tip: Don't choose the family suite around the corner.
