Checked in to this hotel on a very hot day (32C = ~90F). No AC. Cafe was already closed (1:30pm). The room was spacious but very street noisy, even with the windows closed. The decorations are tired and shabby (and not in a "shabby chic" way). The draperies are coming away from the rod; the attempt at "natural" decorating is a few artificial birch (?) twigs plopped into a clear glass vase in a corner.

On the good side: the view of the Cathedral is impeccable and one might be able to look past the room details to just gaze at the steeples and façade. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Cathedral (all uphill).

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I checked out early from my reservation.

The car park is a secured space within a very short distance from the hotel. There is a fee for this and space is limited: number and size of spaces. Accommodating a Mercedes sedan would be difficult. Our Renault fit nicely in a mid-sized space.

This hotel lies very conveniently to the upper town and the cathedral. The staff friendly and spoke a little English. (my French is almost non-existent). The elevator is extremely small, so not good if you are claustrophobic. The room is very small and not much larger than the double bed. Okay for a short visit, but probably a bit undersized for an extended stay.

A one night stopover on the way back to the UK from Toulouse. Always a terrific city to visit with the Lumiere display at the cathedral. The hotel is in a great situation at the edge of the square and has a superb restaurant with a terrace overlooking the road. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. An ideal location

Selected from the Michelin Guide we hoped the restaurant would be above average. The interior was light with views across to the distant cathedral but the contemporary decor and table settings appeared rather fomal. Staff, whilst professional, seemed disinterested and the food, although reasonably well presented was unexceptional. Similarly, the wines (a Cote de Rhone and a Chablis) did not excite.
We have had similar, slightly underwhelming experiences in other Logis hotel restaurants and suspect there are more more rewarding places to eat in this very attractive city

Room Tip: This is a review of the restaurant.......

While there was no one at reception when we arrived a simple call of "hello" resulted in an immediate response of friendly and efficient check in.
Our room was clean and comfortable and but for a tree in full bloom would have provided a spectacular view of the Cathedral.
All in all a wonderful stay with an excellent restaurant reviewed separately
