The location of this hotel is the best, close to the shore, port, in a middle of downtown. But that is basically it what we can say good about this hotel. Hotel is badly need renovation. The rooms and bathrooms are small and uncomfortable. Breakfast is typical for 3* hotel. No parking.

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Corsica

If you are arriving in Bastia by ferry, the hotel is only a 5 minute walk away.

We arrived by train. The station is a 15 minute walk.

Our welcome was warm and we were given a room on the third floor looking out over the sea (so we watched all the ferries come in and out). There is a lift in the hotel but it is one of the smallest I've ever been in (even by French standards) so it will only fit one person and one suitcase. Be prepared for using the stairs or doing several journeys in the lift.

The room was basic but adequate with a small TV. The bed was clean and comfortable. There was A.C. in the room. The shower screen in the bathroom was pretty small so keeping the water off the bathroom floor was a bit of a challenge.

We didn't have the breakfast as we picked up a coffee and croissant in the town.

The main selling point of the hotel it its excellent location. Just several minutes walk to the Vieux Port and only a couple of minutes to all the main shopping streets. The citadelle is only a 10 minute walk away.

There are loads of restaurants to choose from in the evening, along the seafront and all around the Vieux Port.

So if all you're needing is is a basic but comfortable hotel then this would probably serve you well. If you're looking for some of life's luxuries whilst visiting Bastia then you might want to look elsewhere.

Stayed one night here, smell of cigarettes very strong in the hallway, in the room not so bad, but still smellable. Checked A/C filters, not been cleaned in a few months. Bed rather short, feet over the end, but comfortable enough. Breakfast was ok, but not worth €9 (IMO) Overall, ok for a one night stay.

We stay in this hotel for one night.
The hotel is near the centre.
The room was small and old.
The lift was very very small.
The staff kindly, but it wasn't a great stay.
There are better place for staing!

Checkin was easy and room ok in size. Location good but i had a nasty shock on rolling back the sheets.

The groundsheet clearly had not been changed in some time. It had a number of large yellow stains. Really gross as you can see from the photos. This is a basic health and hygiene issue. Will be sleeping a sleeping bag tonight. Not good enough.
